| Q: Why is my (mint, lemon, lavender) soap green? A: When possible, I use fresh herbs and herbs have a tendency to be green. That green color stays in the soap but does not affect the quality of the soap in any way. Q: Why is the oatmeal soap flakey? A: I use the whole oats. Think of it as an extra exfoliant factor. Q: Why doesn't the coffee soap smell like coffee? A: Coffee when it is not being brewed is an odor neutralizer. It takes the odor out of your skin when you've been doing things like cutting onions or garlic or handling raw meat. Q: Why are some bars square and chunky and others looking like rods? A: Each bar is hand cut and although different shapes and sizes, their weight all fall between 3.5 and 4.5 ounces.
A: Soaps (with the exception of special orders) will be mailed via USPS the business day following receipt of payment.
A: Special orders will be made up after receipt of payment and will be mailed out when done and dry. (About two weeks.) |
